A Little Chaos Is Going on Behind the Scenes…

If you’ve noticed things have been a little quieter around Cultivated Chaos lately, there’s a reason.

The last few months have thrown us some pretty serious curveballs. We’ve had a couple of unexpected interstate trips to say goodbye to a very dear friend, who sadly passed away, and we’re now preparing for another very big change as we get ready to move interstate ourselves.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, our plants have unfortunately taken a bit of a beating.

As much as we love our plants, sometimes real life has to come first. We’ve decided it’s better to be honest about where we’re at rather than try to keep everything running while our attention is elsewhere.

So, we’re pressing pause.

Cultivated Chaos will be selling out and closing temporarily until February 2027.

This is NOT goodbye.

We’re not walking away from Cultivated Chaos. We’re simply giving ourselves the time and space to move, reset, regroup and come back properly.

Before we close, we’ll be clearing as much stock as possible.

If you’re a small local plant business looking for stock, we’d love to hear from you.

Just really bloody love plants?

We’ll also have opportunities for plant lovers to purchase stock at cost, with the option to resell if that’s something you’re interested in.

We’d much rather see our plants head off to good homes, other small businesses and fellow plant addicts than sit here while we’re busy packing up our lives.

We’re Coming Back.

Cultivated Chaos started because we love plants, we love growing things and, apparently, we have absolutely no ability to walk past a rare plant without bringing it home.

That hasn’t changed.

We’re just putting the chaos on pause while life gets sorted.

Once we’re settled, the plan is to reopen in February 2027 with a fresh start, fresh stock and, undoubtedly, far too many plants.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, purchased from us, shared our posts, recommended us to friends and generally encouraged this slightly unhinged obsession.

We genuinely appreciate it more than you know.

For now, we’re clearing the jungle.

Cultivated Chaos isn’t dead.

It’s just having a fucking intermission.
